You’re carrying the delivery. You don’t need to carry everything else.

When you partner with The Archetype Project, the technical and structural foundations of your programs are held — allowing you to stay fully present with your participants.

The Hidden Load of Live Online Facilitation

Live facilitation means holding content, people, timing, and technology simultaneously.

Even experienced educators underestimate the strain this can place on attention.

When that load isn’t shared, presence can be the first thing to go.

This is where support makes the difference - powerfully.

The Archetype Project is led by Taylor Pruner, a trauma-informed facilitator and professional online facilitation support consultant.

My Approach

I support facilitators, educators, and program leaders at all stages of experience — from those launching their first live offering to seasoned practitioners refining established programs.

My role is to architect and reinforce the structural foundation behind live programs and learning experiences. I focus on sequencing, flow, containment, and operational clarity so the person leading the space can remain fully present with their group.

My approach is grounded and relational, informed by formal training in counselling and trauma-informed practice, alongside hands-on experience supporting live cohort-based work.

I earned my Professional Counselling Diploma (PCD) through a college-based program in Vancouver, British Columbia, and am currently working toward my Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) designation.

Before any collaboration begins, I take time to understand your program, your facilitation style, and the specific needs of your participants. Together, we define a clear scope of support — ensuring the architecture strengthens your delivery without disrupting your voice.
